Whistleblowing

EasyGov Solutions S.r.l., jointly with 3PItalia S.p.A., has established an internal reporting channel (whistleblowing) pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree No. 24 of 10 March 2023, which transposes Directive (EU) 2019/1937 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law.

Who can report

The channel is available to all individuals operating within the working environment of 3PItalia S.p.A. and EasyGov Solutions S.r.l., including:

• employees and collaborators, including those with atypical employment contracts; 
• self-employed workers and professionals providing services to the companies; 
• interns and trainees; 
• suppliers, partners and individuals operating under contractual arrangements with the companies;
• former employees and job candidates during the selection process. 

Who can be reported
 
Attraverso il canale è possibile segnalare violazioni di disposizioni normative nazionali o dell’Unione Europea di cui si sia venuti a conoscenza nell’ambito del contesto lavorativo, tra cui: violazioni di norme in materia di appalti pubblici, servizi finanziari, sicurezza dei prodotti, tutela dell’ambiente, salute pubblica, protezione dei consumatori, privacy e sicurezza delle reti. 

Confidentiality and protections
 
The channel guarantees the utmost confidentiality of the reporting person's identity. Legislative Decree No. 24/2023 prohibits any form of retaliation against those who submit a report in good faith. Anonymous reports are accepted.
