Easygov: Making innovation projects accessible to all Public Administrations

Easygov Solutions srl is an Innovative SME registered in the special section of the Companies Register, pursuant to art. 4, paragraph 2, of Law 33/2015.
The company was founded in 2008 as a startup incubated at the Business Accelerator of the Politecnico di Milano, providing management consulting services exclusively for the Public Administration market (Local and Central). It originated from the experience of a group of researchers from the Department of Management Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano with an over-decade-long background in leading management and organizational innovation projects within the Public Administration.
Easygov Solutions offers targeted services that comprehensively cover all aspects related to the strategic and operational management of complex innovation and digital transformation projects in the PA. The group, in order to ensure high levels of professionalism and impartiality in the execution of its support services, has made a specific choice in its market positioning by directing its offerings exclusively to the PA and thereby qualifying as a strictly neutral party with respect to the interests of the various private operators working in the Public Sector.
Easygov presents the Public Administration with an offering structured around the following areas:
  • Program & Project Management, supporting Entities (including with certified resources) in all phases of the project life cycle, from its conception and planning to the management of the intervention, up to the reporting of activities and monitoring of results and impact achieved;
  • Change Management, training, on-the-job training, and assistance for the Entity's staff when introducing organizational or technological innovations into their activities;
  • Demand Management, assisting the Entity in gathering and structuring evolving needs for processes or application projects. This area includes support for Digital Transformation Officers and the definition of the Entity's Digital Agenda or Innovation Plans;
  • Procurement Management, participating in the design and management of numerous procurement procedures and in defining organizational models, processes, operational procedures, and management information systems at regional and provincial Central Purchasing Bodies/Aggregators, as well as supporting Consip Spa.
Since its inception, Easygov has applied its offerings in a variety of contexts, notably leading numerous reuse projects between Public Entities (including developing reuse kits and supporting solution deployment), or providing organizational and management support for the start-up and ongoing operation of Territorial Service Centers, as well as the design and deployment of Smart City solutions.
In December 2019, Easygov was awarded, as the lead partner, Lot no. 2 for the provision of Operational Services in support of Consip Spa.
In a joint venture (RTI) with other companies, Easygov has also been awarded the following strategic tenders for the digitization of the PA:
  • cloud-based application services, Lot 6 PMO;
  • data management application services, Lot 4 PMO.
In January 2023, Easygov was re-awarded, as the lead partner, the new three-year tender for operational services in support of CONSIP. The 36-month contract aims to support Consip's Directorates in developing and implementing strategies across 4 fundamental pillars: the PA procurement Rationalization Program, Vertical Procurement, Projects for the PA, and initiatives for the NRRP (National Recovery and Resilience Plan).
At a national level, the company boasts references from over 120 Local and Central Public Administrations, holds the ISO 9001:2015 quality certification, and has achieved certification for its Environmental Management System under the UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 standard.


 





























Corporate Smart Working Plans
Public notice from the Lombardy Region for the adoption of corporate Smart Working Plans: Easygov has adhered to the public notice for the adoption of corporate Smart Working plans, Priority Axis I - Employment - Action 8.6.1. 
“The intervention is carried out as part of the initiatives promoted by the Regional Operational Program co-financed by the European Social Fund 2014-2020”.
 
Diversity, Inclusion, and Gender Parity Policy
