Assisting Local Authorities in the search for funding opportunities provided by regional, national, and European funds. We offer comprehensive support, from identifying the best funding streams to drafting targeted projects and managing the obtained resources, fostering the enhancement of Local Authorities' capabilities and facilitating their path towards territorial development, digital transformation, and the innovation of public services.

Today, public entities have a wide range of funding opportunities at their disposal: the ROPs (Regional Operational Programs), nationally managed funds, such as the DFC (Development and Cohesion Fund), the NRRP (National Recovery and Resilience Plan), the ERDF (European Regional Development Fund) and the ESF+ (European Social Fund Plus), and direct European funds, such as Digital Europe (DIGITAL).

These funds aim to support projects geared towards economic recovery and infrastructural modernization, with a special focus on digitalization, the green transition, social inclusion, tourism, and the economic and social cohesion of disadvantaged areas. It is therefore crucial to enhance the ability of Entities to identify these opportunities and respond promptly with innovative project proposals.

Analysis of Funding Opportunities

Support for analyzing available funding opportunities by identifying the most suitable lines of action for the specific needs of the Entities.

Within this service, the Administration's scope of interest is defined, upon which a thorough scouting and a complete mapping of all active or soon-to-be-activated funding opportunities are conducted.

Preparation of Applications

Support for project conceptualization, with the goal of defining a project proposal that respects the constraints of the call, aligns with the reference context, and meets the specific needs of the Administration.

Support is provided for forming potential partnerships, identifying target Administrations and organizations, and defining roles and collaboration methods. Subsequently, the necessary documentation for the application is prepared: from the technical offer to the budget, using the forms provided by the funding body.

Post-Application Assistance

Support after the application has been submitted to manage any requests for clarification and additional documentation.
The service includes analyzing the requests received, support in preparing precise and structured responses to the funding body's questions (this includes drafting clear and concise texts to resolve any doubts raised), and assistance in gathering or producing additional documents needed to complete the submitted application.

Legal and Administrative Assistance

Support for the management of procurement procedures, including defining the tender strategy, preparing administrative documentation, and verifying the correct execution of contracts; support in expense reporting, with activities that include uploading data into monitoring systems (e.g., ReGIS) and financial and procedural monitoring; the submission of reimbursement claims, and assistance in managing external audits.

Project Management Support

Support for the coordination of funded interventions through the assistance of a project manager, who is responsible for directing the intervention, coordinating the implementing and executing parties, and managing relations with the funding body.
